Brothers and Sisters

This is one of my favourite pieces, probably because it was the first family I worked with. The Standerline family. They commissioned many pieces from me, this being the first. It was their son Thomas who died only 26. They originally wanted a locket, instead we came up with this simple design using both his hair and his sisters. 

Below is a ring I made for Lois, Thomas’s sister.

This is a pendant I made with ashes, that I carefully placed in layers of resin.

Cory

This was my first commission for FYN Forget You Not, using my friends deceased dog hair. What a challenge! and from this, my little company has grown....

I love the simple Deco design of this ring, you would never know it was hair unless you looked twice.

I made it into the Argus! A few editorial mistakes... I can live with being younger than I really am, and the photo of me isnt to bad either.  Fame at last!
